Promoting Vaccination to Reduce Infectious Disease and AMR burden
Veterinary vaccines are vital for preventing infectious diseases, reducing animal mortality and improving productivity and farmer income. Vaccination helps to ensure the safety of food and support the sustainable livestock production that reduce the economic losses. However, Bangladesh relies significantly on imported animal vaccines, as domestic production meets only a fraction of the national demand. This conference will act as a crucial platform for stimulating the advancements in veterinary vaccine research, particularly concerning diseases that pose considerable economic and public health challenges. It will showcase Bangladesh's expanding expertise to discuss advancements, challenges, and future opportunities in veterinary vaccine research, development, and production as well as promote strategies aimed at enhancing vaccine outreach and delivery systems across the country.
Together, let’s build a future of self-reliant and innovative veterinary vaccine production in Bangladesh.
